Return & Refund Policy

Most of our items are custom printed or produced specifically for each order, so we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

***All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@bkreativeworks.com within 5 days of receiving the item with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the item

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue was due to a printing error or product defect.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be considered for a return or replacement.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will follow up with instructions on how to return the item and how your replacement will be delivered.
