Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer flat-rate shipping for $8 anywhere within Louisiana. Customers may choose to have their order shipped directly to their preferred address during checkout.

We also offer free local pickup in Tickfaw, LA and Ponchatoula, LA. Pickup instructions and location details will be provided when your order is ready.

For eligible school, team, club, or organization stores, free group delivery may also be available. These orders are delivered to the designated school, coach, teacher, or organization representative for distribution.

Please ensure all delivery information is entered accurately at checkout. For school or team deliveries, include the student's name, school, grade, team, sport, club, organization, teacher, coach, or any other relevant information to help us deliver your order to the correct recipient.

Orders are typically processed after the ordering window has closed (if applicable) and production is complete. Processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and production schedules.

Once an order has been shipped, picked up, or delivered to the designated school, coach, teacher, or organization representative, it is considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items after fulfillment has been completed.
